Forever Friendship

21 May

**This is not mine. I found it somewhere on the Internet a few years ago.**

Sometimes in life, you find a special friend;
Someone who changes your life
just by being part of it.
Someone who makes you laugh
until you can’t stop;
Someone who makes you believe
that there really is good in the world.
Someone who convinces you
that there really is an unlocked door
just waiting for you to open it.

This is Forever Friendship

    Once my friend and I went through the McDonald’s drive through in 1992 when I was 9 months pregnant. She made me laugh so hard that I peed my pants. She live 1,000 miles away and that laughter ceased in my life many years ago. I can’t seem to find a new girl friend to do the simple pleasures in life with like games, movies, shopping, volunteering, etc. At 40 years old, it must be impossible to make a new friend like that.

    Hi Phillip
    Yes, I have had a very special friend whose name is Betty–we have been prayer partners for over forty years. We prayed for you before you were even born. I am very proud of how you are allowing God to work in your life during these difficult days. Jeremiah 29:11 is the verse I pray for you. “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
    Love

      Thanks Grandma!

      I know God is doing a lot of work behind the scenes even I can’t see or fathom. I know that He’s with me and keeping me safe through everything that is going on.
